To plan interventions which are holistic in nature and attempts to improve the socio- economic condition of the community at large. The interventions will not only impact the development of the direct beneficiaries but has also attempt to enhance the quality of lives of those who are present in the ecosystem of the impact area.
The company holds strong faith that the business should be society oriented. And the term stakeholders is not just limited to our customers and associates, it also covers the community that invests their social and manual resources. While we interpret and evaluate our stakeholder structure, the communities that significantly contributes are:
Construction worker community: construction workers, migrant community, their families, dependents and their entire ecosystem. They continue to be at the bottom of the pyramid. While we map our strategic CSR intervention, we have articulated construction workers and their families as our key stakeholder and primary beneficiaries.
Local Area community: The communities in the areas of our presence, that needs our support in terms of overall upliftment, better place to live, healthy living, good education, empowered women, skilled, green and clean environment, and need based activities.
In this effort we design projects that align our core thematic areas with the needs of the community. The projects are designed in a way that covers various interventions to bring about a growth and positive change in the current situation of the community.
