Customer Service & Operations
- Servicing of loan customers on matters like IT certificates, loan account statements, issuance, NOC, EMI & interest revisions, prepayment and resolve other related queries
- Maintenance of customer file, updating of details on customers’ addresses and phone numbers
- Undertake custodianship of executed loan documents, title deed /EM/Document registers, vouchers(GAD/FF) and ensure timely release of loan/title documents, issuance of no due certificate during accounts closure
- Custody and maintenance of post receipt & register
- Providing information of loan repayment to recovery hub with regard to fraud cases, investigating agencies like Police, EoW etc.
- Operational management of Bancmate, maintenance of system back-up, scheduled servicing of computers, printers and other office equipment
- Management and tracking of day open, day closing status, running utilities and other system related support
- Authorization of a/c open disbursement vouchers
PDC/ECS Management
- Receipt of all PDCs due from customers for new/ existing accounts & joint Custody of all PDCs with the Deputy Incumbent Incharge
- Timely processing/ system lodging of PDCs/ ECS & ensure follow-up on PDCs/ ECS and issuance of exhaust letters (if any) to borrowers
- Ensure re-receipt of returned cheques from the banks, maintenance of returning register on day to day basis, undertaking consequential follow-up and reporting to Incumbent Incharge and recovery hub
- Follow up of cheque returning marked by the Incumbent Incharge and putting up follow up report
- Passing vouchers relating to cheque return charges, prepayment charges, penal interest etc and all necessary vouchers relating to closure of accounts
Any other work given by Incumbent/Deputy Incumbent Incharge from time to time |
