Experience:At least 6+ years and minimum 2 years in Digital/mobility projects
Responsibility:This role shall function as techno functional resource, will conceptualize, design & implement digital initiatives. Digital IT initiatives are expected to reduce time to market, improve efficiency and customer experience. This requires re imagined business process, leveraging mobility and interfacing with various point solutions & Enterprise System Solution.

  • Strong functional and technical experience of successfully implementing Digital initiatives: Mobility applications (smart phones and tablets) in android/ iOS operating system preferably in Housing Finance/BFSI
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of Mobile application development platforms and mobility application architectures
  • Good understanding of housing finance ecosystem
  • Requires working very closely with internal Business stakeholders to crystallize and define business & system requirements
  • Will design and document workflow and make appropriate functional and technical recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness through effective digital solutions.
  • Continuous out-of-the-box assessment of status-quo and opportunities for improvement
  • Feasibility study and impact analysis for new digital projects/requirements including interface with Enterprise Solution
  • Wing to Wing Co-ordination across multiple internal and external teams for various Project Deliveries including effort estimation review, negotiation and follow-up with vendor
  • Requires review/documenting business requirements and Testing of features/deliveries
  • Requires launch / Go Live preparation and training to end users for new projects/Enhancements
  • Well aware of the software development and business application support life cycle
  • Manages both business as usual Support and product enhancements. Report out support ticket analysis and plan preventive steps
  • Monitor the usage / benefit of requirements/projects made live
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff , management and other internal business partners
  • Excellent track record of managing functional and technical deliverable’s
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
