Junior Manager – Inbound Contact Center

Experience: At least 1+ years  in Customer Service in Mortgage industry
Responsibility:
  • This role shall function as customer service executive and will serve customer requests. There are around 60+ branches which will be serviced centrally vide phone call or email.
    • The employee will be responsible for monitoring and subsequent handling of all customer requests received on phone/email.
    • The employee will be responsible for serving customer requests in coordination with the branch operations team, branch sales team, legal team etc.
    • The employee will be responsible for serving customer requests within specified TAT
    • Look for improvements in existing process to reduce TAT
    • The employee will be responsible for excellent rating from customers on call
    • The employee will be responsible for migrating customers to alternate channels like mobile application, Customer Portal etc.
    • The employee should possess knowledge and understanding of processing of home loan application, documentation process, understanding of real estate working environment
    • The employee will be responsible for executing reschedules and similar type of transactions upon customer request
