Manager – Marketing

Position title: Manager – Marketing

Function: Marketing and Corporate Communication

Grade: Chief Manager

Reporting: Executive Director – Business

Experience: 7-8 years

Responsibility:

Marketing Services:

  1. Formulating marketing strategies, budget and action plans in line with Company’s Objectives.
  2. Conduct customer and intermediary scope for service improvements.
  3.  Liaise with Product Development, Underwriting and Sales for sales campaign management and performance tracking
  4. Manage the brand communication mix and handle the ATL/BTL promotional activities for the segment.

Digital Marketing:

  • Overall responsibility of Digital Marketing activities of the organization.
  • Create and execute Integrated MarketingCampaigns across all digital platforms for customer engagement and brand/ product recalls.
  • Identify the scope and work towards improving the usability, design and content leading to consumer conversion at the company website.
  • Promote content across social media platforms and ensure increased brand awareness.
  • Identification & rollout of effective touch points across the digital platforms that provide high ROIs.
  • Constantly engage in social media analytics of the brand and its competitors in various product categories and update management on the findings.
  • Derive insights from analytics & use the same for segmentation, identifying influencers, communication approach and improving user experience across different groups / geographies.

Market Intelligence:

1.Seek market intelligence to ensure competitiveness of our products and services.

2.Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking.

Internal communications:

1.Promote understanding of and commitment to the PNB Housing brand, culture, values, commitments and other Group/Regional/Company projects, initiatives and activities.

2.Develop and implement communication plans to launch new initiatives/products.
3. Produce communication materials to keep staff informed about on-going projects and initiatives within the organization.

The communication materials include:

  1. Newsletters for staff, corporate partners and brokers, DMA/DSA.
  2. Presentation slides, posters, pc start-up screens.
  3. Key messages from the management team.
  4. Annual reports.
  5. Revive and manage the use of the intranet, company website as a communication channel for staff, intermediaries and external world.
  6. Identify areas of improvement for internal communication, particularly for branch and HUB staff.

External communications:

  1. Develop and Initiate advertising and promotional activities for the company, including CSR events under the PNB Housing CSR initiative.
  2. Manage the content and design of the PNB Housing corporate website.
  3. Maintain integrity of our corporate identity by ensuring that the communication materials of the Company are in compliance with corporate guidelines.
  4. Maintain media relations and monitor PR and advertising agencies.
  5.  Manage the production and release of corporate announcements/advertisements.

Compliance:

  1. Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements set by NHB and other authorities as required
  2. Ensure to close audit queries and compliances as per requirement.
