Operations Manager

Qualification: CA or MBA Finance
Experience: 4 – 8 years
Responsibility: 1. Business Plan and Cost Control

  • To gather data and prepare business plan for Operations, IT and GAD.
  • To measure productivity of Operations staff.
  • To analyse costs of Operations, IT and GAD.
  • To find out ways to reduce costs.

2. Process Effectiveness

  • To make processes for new activities.
  • To improve processes based on process analysis.
  • To update Process Manual for new and revised processes.
  • To update and provide e-learning module for all operational process and conduct quarterly/half yearly online test to ascertain the effectiveness and understanding of processes and guidelines

3. Audit

  • To review all audit reports of Operations, IT and GAD.
  • To improve processes based on audit findings.
  • To make sure that processes are implemented and errors are controlled.

4. Quality

  • To ensure data quality in BancMate by analysis and correction.
  • To get the data corrected before month end.
  • To control critical processes of partly disbursed cases, subvention cases, staggered EMI, etc

5. New Core Business Suite

  • To participate in the various activtiies of new system, including migration of data from old systems to new system.
  • To verify accurate of the migrated data in the new system.
  • To get the data entry errors resolved from branches and other teams.
