Responsibility:

· Business Development, Sourcing and Executing Real Estate Financing Transactions in NCR.
· Cross Sales & inter relationship management by referring more builder relationship to retail team. Retail Penetration. · Liaison with various banks/NBFC/FI for sell down of loans · Appraisal of various Real Estate Projects for financial closure · P&L responsibility with revenue targets · Sanction, Disbursement, Sell-down & Syndication · Increase Revenue from Syndication Fee · Minimise Risk by Process adherence & Hygiene · Syndication (Clients & Financial Institutions/Banks to be brought on board for Syndication/Sell down/Co-lending) · Self-Development Through Training · Current Markets Update to Team. · Ensure to prepare proposal notes for banks/ FI’s.
