Bloodstone is known as the gemstone of endurance and recovery. It is believed to restore strength after periods of stress and help emerge stronger with renewed vitality. Similar to the gemstone, PNB Housing Finance undertook a disciplined journey of recovery and transformation in its asset quality performance.
Through focused recoveries, prudent risk management, and strengthened underwriting practices, PNB Housing Finance undertook a journey determined towards restoring the strength and stability of its asset quality. We achieved a significant milestone as our GNPA fell below the 1% mark, supported by strong recoveries from written-off pools and a meaningful reduction in credit costs.
However, this transformation represents far more than an operational or financial achievement. It reflects a deeper story of resilience, discipline, and renewal — a conscious effort to confront challenges with clarity and emerge stronger from them. Every recovery strengthened the foundation of trust, while every improvement reinforced our commitment to sustainable and responsible growth.
Just like Bloodstone is associated with endurance, recovery, and renewed vitality, our journey transcends our ability to transform periods of stress into renewed confidence and stability. It marks a transition from recovery to resilience — building a cleaner, healthier, and future-ready foundation for long-term growth.
