  • No of applicant should not be more than 6.
  • Aadhar /PAN is mandatory for all family members as mentioned in the declaration for household income.
  • In case of sub product renovation / extension, carpet area for the completed property should not be more than 30 sq mtr and 60 sq mtr for EWS and LIG respectively. Carpet area for the completed property should not be more than 160 sq mtr and 200 sq mtr for MIG 1 and MIG 2 respectively. Financial institutions can recall the subsidy if the property remains incomplete within 36 months from the date of the first disbursement.
