ESG Focus

ESG Focus

Sustainability for people,
planet and prosperity

India's robust macroeconomic fundamentals and the growth trajectory of the housing sector align with our commitment to the vision of Viksit Bharat. As sustainability and ESG gain increasing importance amid evolving regulations and stakeholder expectations, we have reinvigorated our ESG approach with a sharper, more comprehensive focus. We continue to align with emerging national and global standards to drive responsible growth and long-term value creation.

"We are in the decisive decade. It is indubitable that sustainability makes sense for the planet, for the people, for the communities and for the bottom line. Sustainability is the catalyst for growth in today's changing landscape.

We see 'Sustainability' as a value center for us. It presents opportunities for differentiation and brings the most effective, inclusive, people-centric business strategy into action.

In our journey, we shall continue to demonstrate the brighter side of sustainability and strive to create a positive influence of sustainable practices within and beyond our business."
