Mr. Ajai Kumar Shukla is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of PNB Housing Finance Limited, bringing with him over 30 years of deep expertise in the Housing and Mortgage Lending industry. A seasoned business leader, he is widely recognized for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and ability to drive large-scale transformation across financial services organizations.

Prior to joining PNB Housing Finance, Mr. Shukla spent 16 years with Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory. As Chief Business Officer, he led multiple critical verticals including Credit, Risk, Valuation, Digital Transformation, and Affordable Housing Finance. His leadership was instrumental in strengthening the company’s business model, expanding its market presence, and enhancing customer-centric capabilities. His previous stints with ICICI Bank in the mortgage business, and LIC Housing Finance Limited helped him build a strong foundation in housing finance operations.

Mr. Shukla holds a postgraduate degree in Finance from CSJM University, Kanpur, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Kanpur University. His academic grounding, combined with extensive industry experience, has shaped him into a respected industry leader known for his business acumen, people-first leadership style, and deep understanding of India’s housing finance ecosystem.

Jatul Anand is the Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He joined the organization on June 19, 2013, and has an overall experience of 23 years. He is responsible for managing the Prime and Emerging Markets business, including the sales, credit, product, and collections for the segments. He is an adept professional with core expertise in mortgage finance and banking sector, and has successfully handled business, credit, portfolio growth, collections, recovery and more. He is a Chartered Accountant and has completed a course from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. Previously, he was associated with ICICI Bank Limited and Standard Chartered Bank.

Vinay Gupta is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on October 26, 2022. He is responsible for overall finance, treasury and investor relations function in our Company. He has passed the examination for a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Previously, he was associated with SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited, GE Capital Services Limited and Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Satish Singh brings nearly two decades of industry experience spanning both business and people leadership, including over 14 years with PNB Housing Finance. Throughout his illustrious career, he has successfully navigated multiple business cycles, evolving market dynamics, and significant transformation phases within the organization. As the Chief Business Officer – Affordable Business, his focus is on building a scalable, customer-centric affordable housing franchise that expands access to homeownership while delivering sustainable business growth and long-term stakeholder value.

During his deputation with PHFL Home Loans and Services Limited as Chief Operating Officer, and more recently in his role as Chief People Officer at PNB Housing Finance, Mr. Satish demonstrated a rare ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence. His people-centric leadership style has enabled high-performing teams, fostered a culture of accountability, and consistently translated business priorities into measurable outcomes.

Mr. Mukesh Agarwal aged 44 years is a seasoned finance professional and Chartered Accountant (ICAI 2003) with over 21 years of experience in credit, underwriting, policy formulation, and sales leadership across
leading financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief Business Officer – Retail at PNB Housing Finance Ltd., leveraging deep expertise in credit risk management and business strategy.

He has 13+ years’ experience in PNB Housing Finance Ltd, progressing from Senior Manager – Underwriting to Chief Business Officer – Retail. Held key leadership roles including National Head – Credit & Policy
(Affordable Business), National Credit Manager – Prime, Zonal Credit Manager and Regional Credit Manager driving credit operations and policy frameworks.

He had earlier worked with Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank and IndusInd Bank, specializing in credit initiation, regional credit management, and audit.

Ms. Veena G Kamath is 53 years old. She holds degrees in Business Management (BBM) and Law (LLB). She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2008.

She had a long-standing association with Can Fin Homes Ltd., since October 1998. During her tenure, she was the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company (Key Managerial Personnel) and ensured compliances, drafted various policies, liaisoned with Regulators and worked towards strengthening the compliances. She also had headed various departments and had a wide exposure and experience in Legal, Board Secretariat, Taxation, etc. and gained expertise in Corporate Governance. She had risen the ranks over the years from an Officer to the Deputy General Manager in the organisation. Prior to that she was working in ICDS Limited, a Hire Purchase and Leasing Company (1995-1998). She also had practiced Civil Law in the Courts in Mysore (1992-1995).

Krishna Kant is the Chief Compliance Officer of the Company and has been associated with the organization since December 2023. He is seasoned professional in area of compliance and carries two and a half decades of experience in BFSI. At PNB Housing Finance, he is responsible for leading the regulatory compliance function, establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient. Prior to joining PNB Housing he was associated with Bandhan Bank and Canara Bank.

He holds an ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from University of Manchester, UK and has completed his Executive PGDM from International Management Institute, New Delhi. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, Mumbai.

Vipin Malhotra is the Head – Internal Audit of our Company. He joined our company on August 8, 2025. He is responsible for leading the internal audit function of our Company.  A Chartered Accountant (CA), he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2002. He also holds multiple prestigious global certifications, including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is also the member of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF), All India Management Association (AIMA) and the Institute of Directors (IoD). His career spans leadership roles in audit and vigilance, across financial institutions such Yes Bank Ltd., ICICI Bank Ltd., LIC Housing Finance Ltd. and Ashok Leyland Finance Ltd.

Anshul Dalela is the Chief of Operations & Customer Service of our Company. He joined our Company on November 11, 2016. He is responsible for branch operations and customer service in our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Previously, he was associated with Genworth Financial Mortgage Guaranty India Private Limited and ICICI Bank Limited.

Santosh Kumar Singh is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of PNB Housing Finance Limited. He joined the Company on September 8, 2026, and is responsible for handling information technology and digital initiatives in our Company.

He has completed B.Tech. degree from IIT (BHU), Varanasi, and an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. With over two decades of experience across banking, financial services, and technology sectors, he has been associated with organizations such as Infosys Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, L&T Finance, Qualtech Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Climate Finance India Pvt. Ltd., Centrum Group, and Unity Small Finance Bank Limited. Prior to joining PNB Housing Finance, he served in leadership roles as Head of Information Technology, spearheading large-scale technology modernization, digital innovation, and AI-led business enablement initiatives.

Vikas Rana is the Head of Construction Finance Business. He joined our Company on June 18, 2024. He is responsible for building and managing a risk calibrated high return Construction & Realty Finance business. He has completed his B.Com. from NM College, Mumbai, ICWA from ICWAI, Kolkata and CFA from ICFAI, Hyderabad. He carries with him over 30+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services sector including 13+ years in Construction & Realty Funding business at ICICI Bank Ltd. He has worked in past with ICICI Bank Ltd., IDBI Bank Ltd., VLS Finance Ltd. in various roles including Real Estate Funding, SME Lending, Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, Government Business and Investment Banking.

Neeraj Manchanda is the Chief Risk Officer of Company. He joined our Company on April 15, 2013. He is responsible for overall risk management in our Company. He has passed the examination for a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi and a post graduate diploma in business administration from Icfaian Business School. Previously, he was associated with Habitat Housing Finance Limited.

Rahul Jain is a seasoned financial services leader with approx. two decades of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Collections Strategy, and Governance. He brings a strong track record of institutionalizing robust risk frameworks, modernizing operations through digital transformation, and leveraging data analytics to generate predictive insights and enable informed decision-making. He possesses deep expertise in portfolio risk management, credit underwriting, regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable business growth.

Rahul has held diverse roles across several premier financial institutions, including Tata Capital Ltd., Piramal Finance Ltd., Aditya Birla Finance Ltd., Dhanalaxmi Bank, Reliance Capital, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.

Mr. Bhavya Taneja joined our Company on July 15, 2019. He has played a pivotal role in amplifying the ‘PNB Housing’ brand, leveraging a comprehensive multimedia approach to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. 

A dynamic and results-driven marketing leader with over 16 years of proven expertise, he is responsible for defining the organization's strategic market positioning, overseeing brand management, managing public relations, and executing digital marketing strategies through the outbound contact center. 

His journey spans leadership roles at top-tier organizations including HSBC India, Kotak Mahindra, and IIFL Wealth & Asset Management, where he has successfully conceptualized and executed integrated campaigns across both domestic and global markets. He holds a certificate program in Digital Marketing & Strategy from IIM Indore, Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. 

As Chief Marketing Officer, he will lead overall marketing strategy and execution, aiming to further strengthen brand presence and unlock new avenues for growth across all markets.
